About the IAA’s IN Compliance Guide

For decades, IAA published the “Greenbook,” which was a textbook on rental housing that was updated annually, based on changes in case law and statutes at all levels of government. Since 2022, IAA began working to convert this document to an interactive site, named the IN Compliance Guide.

The IN Compliance Guide will prove to be an essential resource for navigating housing law in Indiana. This new web-based application, exclusive to IAA members, will allow all levels of property staff to quickly identify important answers to questions on any regulatory topic a property might encounter.

This new online platform will provide an easier way for members to access up-to-date information on the many changing laws that can affect the way you manage your property, helping you avoid costly infractions and ensuring your residents are being served effectively.
